Langhe DOC Nebbiolo from 100% Nebbiolo, briefly aged in oak for an approachable style.

## Tasting notes

Bright ruby red with intense garnet hues and slightly violet reflections. Broad notes of cherry, plum jam and raspberry on the nose. Full and harmonious on the palate, sapid and warm, with a persistent, pleasant, slightly dry finish.

## Food pairings

An all-meal wine, best with light dishes that are not too rich.
