## Summary

A Barbera from Agliano Terme, released as Nizza Riserva after 28 to 30 months in barrique.

## Tasting notes

Intense ruby red with dark highlights. Red fruit, blood orange, balsamic notes and vanilla on the nose. Full-bodied, persistent and intense, with very good acidity.

## Food pairings

Game and aged cheeses; also a wine for contemplation with dark chocolate and candied fruit.
