## Tasting notes

Creamy, fleeting mousse with fine, persistent bubbles. Straw yellow with bright reflections. Fresh and floral aroma, with lighter hints of dried fruit and a little bread crust behind. Good structure, fresh and dry, with a savoury, persistent finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, with antipasti and fish dishes.
