The shop describes a four-year refinement: 24 months in 500-litre barrels, 12 months in steel, 12 months in bottle.

## Summary

Ruby red reflections. Clean, intense nose of withered flowers, spices, dry leaves and undergrowth; full body. Aromatic notes: liquorice, violet, undergrowth.
