## Tasting notes

Coppery pink with orange reflections from ageing, fine persistent bubble. Full and fruity, red berries and bread crust; dry, well structured, full and intense. Aromatic notes: cherry, blackcurrant, apple, bread.

Crustaceans, first courses, red meat and dry pastries: raw fish, crunchy meatballs, asparagus.
