## Tasting notes

Intense hay yellow. Perfume of spring flowers and honeyed melon and apricot; lightly sweet with frothy effervescence and a light body. Aromatic notes: sage, honey, apple, citrus.

Desserts and increasingly as an aperitif: zabaione, strawberry fruit salad, fruit cake, cornmeal biscuits.
