## Summary

A selection of the best Chardonnay grapes from the Beviòn vineyard, fermented and aged in French oak. About 3,000 bottles a year at 13.5% vol, suggested cellaring of 7 to 8 years.

## Tasting notes

Hay yellow with golden hue. Vanilla, exotic fruit, honey, buttery oranges and citrus; full-bodied with great texture, fine acidity and well-integrated wood. Aromatic notes: butter, honey, vanilla, banana.
