## Summary

Moscato d'Asti at about 5.5% alcohol, from vineyards around Nizza Monferrato, Incisa Scapaccino and Mombaruzzo. To be drunk young.

## Tasting notes

Straw yellow with light golden reflections. Intense aromatic aromas typical of the grape with peach, sage and lemon over acacia flowers. Sweet, intense taste with a finely composed aftertaste, good freshness and a pleasant light sparkle.

## Food pairings

Dessert wine; traditional sweets (panettone, pandoro, colomba), biscuits, tarts, pastries, baked cakes, panna cotta, creams and torrone; fresh or syrupy fruit. With cured meats and sharp or aged cheeses it makes a surprising contrast.
