Straw yellow with golden reflections. Fine, persistent perlage with abundant, creamy foam. Intense, open nose of yeast, bread crust, vanilla, citrus and white flowers. Complex, balanced between fruity and toasted notes, with savoury notes and a creamy, enveloping finish.
