## Summary

Asti spumante from Moscato Bianco grown on limestone-rich soil, with continuous perlage and persistent foam. 7% vol, 115 g/l sugar.

## Tasting notes

Colour: straw yellow, more or less deep (the website says luminous gold). Fine, persistent perlage. Nose: rich, intense aroma of moscato grapes mixed with yeast and floral notes, recalling orange blossom and sage (the website adds ripe peaches and apricots). Palate: delicately sweet, balanced by good acidity and lifted by the foam.

## Food pairings

Dessert and pastries, as an aperitif, as a thirst-quencher at any time, and above all on festive occasions
