## Summary

Garbello is Beccaria's Monferrato Bianco DOC, first released in 2006 with consulting oenologist Luciano Bobba, made from Arneis grapes grown in the estate's Monferrato vineyards.

## Tasting notes

Straw yellow colour with a bouquet of acacia flowers and yellow-fleshed fruit: peach, pear, apple and tropical fruit. Elegant, dry and fresh, with hints of almond on the finish.

## Food pairings

Pairs well with fish, delicate appetizers, soup, pasta and soft cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
