## Summary

Barolo from the high Serradenari MGA at Cascina Sorello, an amphitheatre facing the Piedmont Alps. First vintage 2019, on sale from 2023; more “nervous” than the estate's other Barolos.

## Tasting notes

Garnet red. Plum, violet and tobacco. Full palate with good tannin and acidity.

## Food pairings

Spit-roasted and grilled red meats, game, white and red meat dishes from classic cuisine, aged cheeses.
