## Summary

A special selection dedicated to the founder, made almost every year from the estate’s best bunches. The label reproduces the one Luigi Arnulfo designed for his 1883 Barolo.

## Tasting notes

Deep garnet red; ripe red fruit and jam, toasted tobacco and sweet spice. Enveloping softness and fine, sweet tannins, very persistent.

## Food pairings

Game, mature and aged cheeses; red meats.
