## Tasting notes

Straw colour with faint greenish reflections. A vertical nose with barely noticeable hydrocarbon hints. Mineral and savoury on the palate, with the marked acidity of the variety giving freshness and a very long finish.

## Food pairings

Best with fish dishes; intense and versatile when young, gaining complexity with time and suited to long ageing.
