## Summary

Organic Nebbiolo d'Alba from the Conca d'Oro vineyard in Montelupo Albese, matured in barriques and tonneaux.

## Tasting notes

Intense ruby red with orange reflections. Consistent, clean vinous nose of notable breadth: rose, raspberry, vanilla and balsamic notes. Dry, full, harmonious and round on the palate, with young tannins, fruit in syrup, cinnamon and red fruit jam; very balanced and long.

## Food pairings

Red meats, bagna cauda, game, braises and very well aged cheeses.
