## Summary

A Barolo blended from the Ravera and Cerviano Merli crus in Novello, from certified organic Nebbiolo. Over two years in French oak tonneaux, then cellar ageing in bottle.

## Tasting notes

Ruby red with brick reflections that appear after a few years of ageing. On the nose red fruit, strawberry, cherry and wild berries with a touch of white pepper, typical of these crus and of Novello. Warm vanilla on the palate, red fruit, fairly dry, soft and enveloping with sweet tannins; spice returns alongside the fruit.

## Food pairings

Game, red meats in general, braises and roasts. A good meditation wine; after some years of ageing, dark chocolate and cocoa-based desserts.
