## Tasting notes

Onion skin pink colour with bright orange peel reflections. Elegant and nostalgic, with loquat peel, ripe apricot pulp, strawberries and forest flowers. A solid structure on the palate with fruit and compote, a thin sour and sapid vein, and feminine grace.
