## Tasting notes

Amaranth red with ruby reflections. A concentrated complexity of ripe raspberry, woody aromas, bitter orange peel and black peppercorn on the nose. Warm and powerful in the mouth with a thick tannic structure, well aligned acidity and a long mineral finish.
