## Summary

Joined the Cantalupo range in 2007, a Colline Novaresi DOC that pays tribute to Novara's Cluniac heritage. It is named for St. Maiolus, 4th abbot of Cluny, honouring the Burgundian monks among Ghemme's historic winegrowers, and takes its grapes from the Roccolo Maiolo vineyard.

## Tasting notes

Enveloping aromas of aromatic rose that turn spicy, all bound together by an elegant minerality. Silky and velvety on the palate.
