## Summary

James Suckling 95 (2020 & 2021), Decanter 93 (2020), Wine Enthusiast 92 Cellar Collection (2020). Crown jewel of Amistà. Impressive aromas of black berries, bark, dark mushrooms, flint and gun metal. Full-bodied yet fresh and focused.

## Tasting notes

Rich ruby red with violet evolving into granite with age. Elegant and austere nose with notes of prune, black cherry, ripe blackberry, hints of spice and forest floor, followed by lingering vanilla. Savory and full-bodied with healthy acidity and tannic structure that mellows with age.

## Food pairings

Braised meats, truffles, aged Parmigiano, bollito misto
