- **Storage:** Store bottles horizontally, away from light, in a cool environment. Can be aged 4-5 years thanks to its barrel vinification.

## Summary

A barrel fermented Piemonte Chardonnay DOC, aged three months on the lees in a large local oak cask before bottling, giving it notable complexity and aging potential. An extra-aged reserve is also released under the estate's Memoriae label.

## Tasting notes

Deep straw colored with delicate greenish reflections, bright. Intense bouquet with floral and herbal scents. Dry and pleasant on the palate with fruity notes, notable complexity and character.
