## Summary

Abrigo Fratelli's first Barolo, released from the 2013 vintage, from a single 0.6 ha plot in the Ravera cru of Novello.

## Tasting notes

Colour: clear, intense ruby red with orange reflections. Bouquet: very intense and broad, raspberry jam blended with the mentholated, balsamic character typical of the Ravera cru, spice of cinnamon, cut grass, violets, nutmeg and pomegranate. Taste: dry, warm, soft and fragrant, vibrant fruit jam, vanilla, oak and earth, balsamic lift, velvety fine tannin, full-bodied, intense and persistent, built to age.

## Food pairings

Braised red meats, game, mature cheeses
