## Summary

Abrigo Fratelli's single-vineyard Dolcetto from the Pietrìn plot, aged longer and more concentrated than the estate's base Diano d'Alba.

## Tasting notes

Colour: clear, very intense ruby red with purple reflections. Bouquet: intense and fine, decidedly complex, ripe red fruit jam intertwined with dried flowers and an important spiciness of cinnamon, cloves and vanilla. Taste: dry with a warm, soft entry, silky and slightly bitterish tannin, almost liqueur-like black cherry with cinnamon and cloves and a light balsamic mint, almond on the finish, robust, balanced, fine and persistent.

## Food pairings

Main courses of meat, cold meats and cheeses
