## Tasting notes

Colour: limpid, fairly intense ruby red with violet reflections. Bouquet: intense, fairly complex and fine, vinous, fruity of morello and black cherry, floral of violet with nuances of lavender, a spicy clove finish. Taste: warm and soft, vinous, fruity of morello cherry becoming plum then raspberry on the finish, a fresh, balsamic, almost minty sensation, slightly tannic and bitterish with fine, silky tannins, medium-bodied, balanced and persistent.
