- **Soil:** Silty clay soil of the Lequio Formation with a high sand fraction (sand 35%, silt 45%, clay 20%, pH 8.0), shallow, calcareous and light in colour.
- **Exposure:** West/south-west facing, 320-400m altitude (average 360m), 20% average slope.
- **Vineyard planting:** Vines average 36 years old, Guyot trained at 5,000 vines per hectare; yield 80 quintals per hectare over 2.13 hectares.
- **Vinification:** Crushed and destemmed, then spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in contact with the skins in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Dry racking and transfer to 35-hectolitre oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation carried out entirely in barrel immediately after alcoholic fermentation. Aged in barrel for a few months, then blended in steel, filtered and bottled, resting in bottle at a constant 14°C for a few months before release.
