## About

Azienda Vitivinicola Santa Clelia started in 2000 in Regione Rossana, on the border between Mazzè and Caluso, in the morainic hills of the Canavese. The estate farms 12 hectares, mostly Erbaluce trained on the traditional pergola canavesana, and is in conversion to organic farming. Its Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG comes in several styles: the fresh Ypa, the unfiltered Essenthia, a Metodo Classico called Rigore that rests 36 to 48 months on the lees, and Caluso Passito Dus, made from grapes dried on racks for six months and aged at least four years in oak. Barbera, Freisa and Bonarda go into the Canavese DOC reds Palere and Rox. The Canavese lies between Turin and the Valle d'Aosta, and Erbaluce has been grown here since before the Romans arrived.
