## About

L'Armangia is a family winery in Canelli, in the province of Asti, whose vineyard holdings trace back to 1850 and which took its current name and identity in 1988, when Giuseppe Giovine handed the family estate to his son Ignazio. Ignazio, the winemaker, and Giuliana, a sommelier who also handles bookkeeping and tastings, together farm more than 10 hectares of vineyards in the municipalities of Canelli, Moasca and San Marzano Oliveto. The estate follows environmentally conscious agriculture, avoiding chemical fertilizers and weedkillers and drastically reducing pesticide use, and is a member of FIVI, meaning it grows its own grapes, vinifies, bottles and markets its wines directly.
