## About

Francesco Rinaldi & Figli has worked the same hill in Barolo since 1870, when Giovanni Rinaldi bought the farmhouse and cellar that still anchor the estate today. The winery took the name of his youngest son in 1922, and after several generations it is now run by sisters Paola and Piera Rinaldi. The cellar sits on the Cannubi hill, and the family also farms parcels in La Morra and Castiglione Falletto, the three communes that shape its classic Barolo blend. Single vineyard bottlings come from Cannubi, Brunate and, since 2018, Rocche dell'Annunziata, alongside a long aged Cannubi Riserva kept back only in the best years. The range extends to Barbaresco, Barbera and Dolcetto d'Alba, Nebbiolo, Langhe Freisa, Grignolino d'Asti and a Gavi, all raised in large Slavonian oak casks. Cannubi ranks among the most prized single vineyards anywhere in the Barolo zone, and the village itself lies in the Langhe hills a short drive south of Alba.
