## About

Prandi is a small family estate in Diano d'Alba, in the Langhe hills of Cuneo province. The story starts in the 1920s, when Maggiorino Farinetti began selling part of the wine his family made for itself. His grandson Giovanni joined in the 1960s, and today Giovanni's eldest son Alessandro works the vineyards. About 20,000 bottles a year come only from estate-owned vines, mostly in Diano with a small part in Alba. Dolcetto is the centre of the range: the family owns two sorì, Colombè and Cristina, each bottled on its own. Alongside them sit Langhe Dolcetto, Nebbiolo d'Alba, Barbera d'Alba and a white Langhe Arneis. Diano d'Alba is a hilltop village a short drive from Alba, and its Dolcetto carries its own DOCG.
